On Friday 14th August 2009, Liz and Claire made the trip over to Norway for Liz to show Victoria "Al-Dahna's Vitae Victoria" at 2 shows, the NKK International Crufts Qualifying show Oslo and the Afghan Hound Club of Norway Speciality.

It ended up being a very successful trip with Victoria winning the Junior Bitch class at the NKK show so is now Crufts qualified and will make the trip over to the UK next year but the next day was even better, not only did Victoria win the junior class but also took the CC, Best Bitch and Reserve Best in Show.

The Judge at the speciality show loved Victoria and wanted to take her home, what was great about the show and the judge was that he explained to the audience his decisions and his thoughts on the final 4 in each class both negative and positive aswell as what he is looking for in an Afghan. This was so interesting to hear and left everyone in no doubt of what he put up and why. I have never seen this before.
